Children
We offer a relaxing environment for both our guests and staff and ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your visit to help maintain the integrity of our atmosphere.
Gift Cards must be present to redeem.
Gratuity is at your discretion. An 18% service charge will be applied to parties of four or more.
We are not responsible for any personal items left behind or lost in our building.
In order to maintain our high standards of quality, prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Deposits and Cancellations
We understand scheduling conflicts may arise, but due to the popularity and nature of our services, deposits are taken on appointments. We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation on most appointments, a 48 hour notice on multiple appointments, and a week on group bookings.
Returns
Products at least half full may be exchanged or applied to Akari credit within 60 days of purchase. Clothing and gifts may be exchanged or applied to Akari credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds. All sale items are final.
